HOW TO PURCHASE REGISTRATION CODES
Purchase Registration Codes
✔ Choose the number of registration codes you would like to purchase for your team members (RE/MAX Team Experience, Students & Teachers on TC10K School Teams, or Thrifty Foods Family Run 1.5K).
✔ Decide the percentage of the registration fee you would like to cover for each team member.
✔ Select Pay Now or Pay Later. If you choose Pay Later, you will be invoiced after race day.
✔ Share the codes with your friends, family, or coworkers so they can use them to register.
Note: Purchasing a registration code does not automatically register you for the event. Please make sure to use your code to complete your registration.

Students & Teachers on TC10K School Teams.
✔ Once you have selected this, fill out your information and then click Create a Team.
→ Share your Team Name and Team Category with your group.

The deadline to join a team or, if you're a team captain, submit your personalized team logo for the RE/MAX Team Experience is 11:00 AM on April 2nd, 2026. (Logos are an exclusive perk for teams with 10+ members!)
Important Reminder:
Teams must reach 10+ members by April 2nd. Teams that do not meet this minimum will be disbanded, and all members will be registered as individual participants.
Team Captains are responsible to pick up all Team Packages on Thursday, April 23 from 4pm-7pm.

Deadline for joining a team is 11 AM on April 2nd, 2026.
If your team qualified with 10 or more members on April 2nd, 2026, additional members can join your team by registering as individuals and visiting the Solutions Desk during the race package pickup. However, each new member must pick up their race package individually and will not get a logo on their shirt.
If your team has not reached 10+ members by April 2nd, 2026, it will be disbanded, and all members will become individual participants.

Qualified Teams (10+ members on April 2nd) are eligible to have their own logo on their t-shirts, which is a great way to showcase team spirit and identity.
However, in order to take advantage of this opportunity, teams must submit their logo before 11 am on April 2nd, 2026.
This deadline ensures that all t-shirts can be printed in time for the race, and that each team has the chance to proudly display their logo on race day.

Team Captains are responsible to pick up Team Packages on Thursday, April 23 from 4 pm to 7pm. Location TBD
Please note, if your team did not qualify (less than 10 team members on April 2nd, 2026), or if you join a qualified team after April 2nd, you must come on Friday or Saturday to pick up as an individual.

Only pre-registered out of town registrants may pick up their race packages on race morning.
There will be a Late Package Pick Up tent (beside the Gear Check tent) located on the Legislative Building front lawn.
Packages can be picked up between 6:30am and 7:30am.

The start will be slightly staggered to ensure the fastest and safest race for all participants. We will be sending participants off in waves.
The TC10K start line is at Government St. and Belleville St.
7:55am: Wheelchair Participants and Visually Impaired Participants start.
8:00am: TC10K Participants start.
The start line is "self-seeded", please line up for the start of the race in the vicinity of the corresponding tear drop sign for your goal finish time as per your bib colour.
The start will be slightly staggered to ensure the fastest and safest race for all participants. We will be sending participants off in 750-1000 person waves a few minutes apart.
Strollers MUST start at the back of the start corral so as not to impede the progress of runners.
11:30am: Thrifty Foods Family Run start (on Government St. next to the Legislative Buildings).

Visit the TC10K Gear Check Tent on the Legislative Grounds between 6:30am and 11:30am on Sunday, April 26 (race morning).
You must show your race number to check items. Please do not check valuables, the TC10K is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Clothing left behind will be donated to charity. Please do not leave any backpacks or packages unattended on the grounds as they will be removed.

Recreational wheelchair participants start at the 1hr40minute area.
Participants with strollers or baby joggers are asked to start at the back of the start area to avoid tripping of participants in a crowded start.
Nordic pole walkers start near the back to ensure both your safety the safety of those around you.
Dogs and other four legged pets are not allowed on course or in the kid zone/finish area. Please leave your furry supporters at home for the morning!
Service animals who certificates have been submitted to the TC10K team prior to race weekend are an exception.

Street parking and parkade parking are available on Sundays. You do however have to pay to park.
