Road Closures

The TC10K will impact vehicle access in parts of James Bay, Fairfield, and the Inner Harbour on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, 2026.

If you are travelling to or from downtown, including the Coho Ferry, BC Ferries (Swartz Bay), Harbour Air, Seair Seaplanes, Kenmore Air, Victoria Clipper, or Victoria International Airport (YYJ). Please review the information below and allow extra travel time.

Important: Intersections along the race route will be closed. Traffic will only be permitted to cross when feasible and under police or event traffic control direction.

    • Leaving downtown? Use Superior, Government, or Douglas Streets

    • Inner Harbour travel Sunday morning = delays

    • Race route streets will be closed or intermittently held

    • No on-street parking on the race route Sunday (12:00 AM-12:00 PM)

    • Google Maps will reflect race day closures

  • To leave the downtown core during race operations, please use the following streets whenever possible:

    • Superior Street

    • Government Street

    • Douglas Street

These streets are the most reliable northbound corridors during the TC10K and will be prioritized for vehicle movement out of downtown.

Race day road closures will be reflected in Google Maps, and we strongly recommend using this tool to help plan your route.

Please avoid streets along the race route, including Belleville Street, Menzies Street, Dallas Road, and Inner Harbour loop roads, as closures and delays will be in effect.
