The TC10K is currently in the second year of an inspiring three-year collaboration with local Indigenous artist Jamin Zuroski, who is creating the designs for our event T-shirts and medals from 2025 through 2027. This partnership celebrates RunSport Victoria Society’s core values of fostering a respectful, healthy community and welcoming everyone to walk and run.

Jamin’s artwork embodies the welcoming spirit of Victoria, its breathtaking landscapes, and its deep connection to traditional Indigenous heritage.

The 2025 “Orca” Medal

The 2025 medal design features an Orca, an iconic and powerful symbol of West Coast Indigenous culture, leaping from the ocean. In Kwak´wala, the word for Orca, Maxinuxw, means "the one who hunts." When you step up to the start line on April 27, 2025, you'll embark on your own hunt, whether it’s for a personal best, a moment of triumph, or simply the joy of crossing the finish line. No matter your pace, every step is part of the journey.

The 2026 “Eagle” Medal

For the second year of our series, we look to the skies with the Eagle. In Kwak´wala, the word for Eagle, Kwixwiy̓ala, means “the one who soars”. Under the theme "Together, We Soar," this design represents our shared strength and the power of community.

The 2026 medal depicts the Eagle soaring high above the TC10K course, watching over a sea of participants as they move along Dallas Road. With the ocean to the left and a horizon that flows seamlessly from the 2025 design, this medal captures the continuity of our path. As the Eagle rises, so do we, lifting one another up and celebrating the community spirit that carries us all toward the finish line.

Your 3-Year Journey

This three-year collaboration will culminate in 2027 in a special interconnected design: when all three medals (2025, 2026, and 2027) are collected, they will form a complete artwork. Whether you are continuing your journey from last year or joining us for the first time in 2026, don’t miss the chance to earn the second piece of this limited-edition series. Missing a Piece of the Puzzle?

It’s not too late to start your collection! If you missed the 2025 TC10K, you can still earn your “Orca” medal and complete the three-year series. We are offering an exclusive opportunity for 2026 participants to bridge the gap and secure the first piece of the journey.

How to Earn Your 2025 Medal:

  1. Register: Select the "2025 Virtual TC10K" sub-event on our 2026 registration page.

  2. Run Your Race: Complete a 10K run or walk at your own pace, wherever you are!

  3. Submit Proof: Use your favorite tracker app or GPS watch to record your activity. Once finished, submit your results, along with a screenshot as proof of your achievement, on Race Roster.

  4. Complete the Set: Once verified, you’ll receive your 2025 “Orca” medal, allowing you to align it with your 2026 “Eagle” medal and eventually the 2027 design to reveal the full running shoe silhouette.
