Our clinics cater to everyone, whether you're a committed walker, a beginner looking to learn how to run, aiming for a personal best time, or interested in tackling a new distance. RunSport has a spot for you in one of our 6 different training groups:

RunSport Clinics Head Coach
Mariah, a mentor, coach, and accomplished athlete, is dedicated to spreading the joy of health, wellness, and personal success through sports and physical activity. With 15 years in the running community and a professional running career since 2017, she now enters her fourth season as Clinic Head Coach and Manager.
Mariah specialized in the 1500m event, and consistently ranked among Canada's top athletes, achieving national and international recognition. She was named the first alternate for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and secured two Bronze medals at the Canadian National Championships.
Her athletic journey began with a full scholarship to Baylor University in Texas, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. During her time at Baylor, Mariah clinched two BIG 12 Conference titles, made multiple NCAA appearances, became an NCAA finalist and double All-American, set two school records, and captained the Cross Country and Track Team.
Mariah's extensive exposure to high performance coaches and athletes covers diverse areas such as nutrition, strength and conditioning, mental performance, physiology, biomechanics, and coaching. She is thrilled to share her valuable experiences and insights gained from years in High-Performance sport with Clinic participants.
