Participants have one week after the TC10K date on April 30th to complete the virtual race and upload their result.

Virtual runners must use a run tracking app or connected watch to record their time. They will need to take a screenshot of their results at the end of the run and upload them, along with the screenshot, on Race Roster.
Examples of popular run tracking apps include Strava, Nike Run Club, and Runkeeper.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-deferrable.
