Whether you prefer in-person or virtual training, we have the ideal program to prepare you for the start line of any race. Led by 2020 Olympic Alternate Mariah Kelly, our clinics cater to six distinct pace groups, including
Easy Rollers (Walking Group),Steady Striders (Run/Walk Level 1), Turbo Trackers (Run/Walk Level 2), Smooth Pacers (Intermediate Runners), Swift Racers (Advanced Intermediate Runners), and Pacesetters (Experienced runners 10k+)
Join us for either our 14-week training program leading up to the 2024 TC10k on April 28th or our 18-week training program leading to the 2024 Oak Bay Half on May 26th. These programs are available at various locations in Greater Victoria and Shawnigan Lake, or you can participate virtually.
